Anyway, got the boat ready Friday after work and took off to the Creek late Saturday morning. Only got a few bites, but It was really good to get the boat out.

First trip of 2018
Chatfield and Cherry Creek are open for boating. Now that I only live about 10 minutes from Cherry Creek I want to starting fishing there more often. I think early spring, and during the week in the summer are the only times I'll really be able to go. On the weekends in the summer Cherry Creek gets too much boat traffic to fish.
