Chatfield Opener 3/15
Had to get a decon. Took an hour! Caught one walleye. Saw a lot of walleye on the ledge by the fishing pier, but could not get them to bite! Water temp as 43 at 7am and 45 by 3pm. 1 degree warmer on south end. Water was murky. Did not see any fish on south end.

P-Lo March 7th and 8th
House remodel and winter are starting to wind down. This weekend was one of the first nice ones of spring 2020. Only Pueblo and Boyd lake are open, so I hit Pueblo.
Fishing was very slow, hardly marked any fish in the East end of the lake. I did manage one keeper walleye off 'the finger' and 2 SMB at the SMB spot. I saw a lot of fish at Turkey Creek but could not get any to bite. Water temp was about 38 on the east end, and up to 42 on the West. Cooked the walleye in the parking lot of the hotel :D
Sunday I fished with Russ (SGM). Fishing was still slow. I managed 3 walleye in skiers cove using blades. Fishing right on a sage brush line.
Boat performed well. Good to get it back on the water. Glad to see spring.
